Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Encourage creativity through storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on activities.
- Monitor each child's progress and maintain regular communication with parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience, positivity, and care.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Prior experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, patient, creative, and child-friendly personality.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use smart classroom technology.
