Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum.
Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
Evaluate and monitor student progress regularly.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Encourage participation in language activities, debates, storytelling, and creative writing.
Communicate student progress to parents during meetings and through reports.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and other academic activities.
Support the overall academic and personal development of students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in English or a related field.
B.Ed. degree preferred.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Prior teaching experience is an advantage.
Skills Required:
Strong command of the English language.
Effective teaching and presentation skills.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
