Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to support our sales and marketing team in promoting Rainwater Harvesting and Water Conservation Projects. The role involves both field visits and office-based sales activities, including client meetings, lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting Rainwater Harvesting and Water Conservation Projects.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Visit potential clients, project sites, industries, schools, hospitals, builders, and government offices.
- Schedule client meetings and support sales presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
