Job Title: Prepress Head – Flexo
Location: Dehradun (On-site)
Department: Graphics & Prepress / Technical
Reporting To: GM – Operations
Job Purpose To lead and manage the complete pre-press function for flexographic printing, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient workflow execution.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise pre-press team operations

Manage artwork correction, trapping, step-and-repeat, color separation

Coordinate with production and sales teams for job execution

Ensure accurate final proofing before plate making

Review dyelines, color profiles, barcodes, and distortion files

Manage digital flexo plate technologies

Maintain color consistency between proof and press output

Implement quality checkpoints and documentation standards

Train and develop pre-press team members
