Job Summary
Mandatory / Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP on HANA
- Expertise in ABAP Objects (OO ABAP) and modular programming
- Strong experience with HANA-optimized development (CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL optimizations)
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and code optimization for HANA
- Experience managing end-to-end technical development (design, build, unit testing, debugging)
- Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools
- Strong understanding of SAP transport management and code versioning practices

Good-to-Have / Optional Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA custom code adaptation
- Knowledge of OData services, REST APIs, and SAP Gateway
- Exposure to Fiori/UI5 backend development
- Experience working with CI/CD concepts in SAP landscapes
- Familiarity with code review tools, static code checks (ATC), and clean-core principles
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models
