About The Arch International
The Arch International is building the future of international education by combining AI, automation, and expert counseling to simplify the study abroad journey. We are looking for a Research & Development Intern who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning.
Role Overview
As a Research & Development Intern, you will work directly with the founders and core team to conduct research, create documentation, analyze market trends, and support strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding information, organizing knowledge, and turning research into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on universities, admission requirements, scholarships, and visa policies.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, reports, documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Assist in product and business research projects.
- Create presentations, summaries, and internal reports.
- Support the team with AI-assisted research using tools like ChatGPT.
Requirements
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates.
- Background in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.
- Interest in startups, AI, research, and international education.
