Rudhra Infra is looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage client billing, subcontractor billing, quantity verification, and project billing documentation for civil infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of RA bills, BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with project and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process client RA bills and subcontractor bills Verify work quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site execution Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing inputs Maintain billing records, work progress reports, and reconciliation statements Prepare quantity take-offs and measurement sheets Ensure timely submission and certification of invoices and billing documents Track project billing status, receivables, and payment follow-ups Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for billing approvals Support project planning, cost tracking, and variation order documentation Maintain billing MIS, project documentation, and reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 3–8 years of experience in billing for civil infrastructure / construction projects Strong knowledge of RA billing, BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis Experience in handling contractor and client billing processes Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing/project software Good understanding of project documentation and billing compliance Strong coordination and communication skills
