Job Title: HR Executive – Healthcare
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Industry: Healthcare/Hospital
Experience: 2–5 Years (Mandatory experience in Healthcare Industry)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical, paramedical, and non-medical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Address employee queries and assist in employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Coordinate with consultants and agencies for timely closure of positions.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setup is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates having experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Compensation:
Salary: (Negotiable based on experience and competency)
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
