Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage spare parts, tools, and inventory operations within our Service Department. The candidate will ensure proper stock handling, timely material issuance, and accurate inventory records to support smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward movement of spare parts and service materials
Maintain proper stock records and inventory updates
Coordinate with service engineers regarding spare parts requirements
Monitor stock availability and report shortages
Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
Prepare stock reports and maintain documentation
Verify received materials against invoices and delivery notes
Handle dispatch and packing of service-related items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Support procurement and inventory audits when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any relevant field
Basic knowledge of inventory/store management
Familiarity with MS Excel and billing/inventory software is preferred
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Prior experience in store or inventory handling is an advantage
