Hiring: Assistant / Deputy / Manager - Accounts & Finance
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East
Our client, a leading organization in the Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry, is looking for finance professionals with strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- GST compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliations, GST audits)
- TDS (including employee income tax) deductions, payments, reconciliations, and return filing
- Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and variance analysis
- Finalization of accounts, Balance Sheet, P\&L, and ledger scrutiny
- Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations
- FEMA compliance, foreign remittances, and statutory compliances
- Audit coordination and liaison with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Desired Profile:
- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com. / B.Com.
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong practical exposure to GST, TDS, MIS, Financial Reporting, Audits, and Compliance
- Experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, NVOCC, or related industries preferred
- Proficient in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
