Position Objective
The Solar Technician shall support installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of solar EPC systems at project sites.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent shall assist in the installation of solar modules, mounting structures, cables,
inverters, junction boxes, and related equipment. The role shall include support during testing, pre-
commissioning, commissioning, fault identification, corrective maintenance, and site-level
technical assistance. The incumbent shall execute assigned tasks under supervision and strictly
comply with site safety procedures, quality requirements, and operational instructions. The
incumbent shall also support tool handling, material movement, and basic technical record
maintenance as required.
Educational Qualification
ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related
trade shall be required.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant field experience in solar installation, electrical works,
industrial maintenance, or technical site operations shall be preferred.
Required Knowledge and Competencies
The incumbent shall possess basic understanding of solar PV systems, field discipline, safety
awareness, and practical technical aptitude. Willingness to work in field conditions and travel to
project sites shall be essential.
Performance Expectations
The incumbent shall support smooth execution of site activities, timely completion of assigned
installation tasks, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
