Location: Hybrid (Bangalore - Mysore Road)

We are seeking an experienced Azure FinOps Specialist to help optimize and manage cloud costs across enterprise-scale Azure environments. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure billing, cost management tools, and optimization strategies. Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize Azure cloud spend for enterprise environments (> $100K/month)
Leverage Azure tools like Cost Management + Billing, Advisor, Monitor, and Resource Graph to track and control costs
Implement cost-saving initiatives such as rightsizing VMs, shutting down unused resources, storage tiering, and managing Reserved Instances (RIs), Savings Plans, and spot instances
Create and manage custom dashboards and detailed reports in Power BI to deliver actionable insights
Define and enforce automated governance policies to improve cloud efficiency
Work cross-functionally with engineering and DevOps teams to implement and monitor cost-saving measures
Document cost analysis findings and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Azure cost analysis or FinOps roles
In-depth knowledge of Azure billing models, pricing, and resource tagging
Familiarity with key Azure tools: Cost Analysis, Advisor, Monitor, Policy, and Resource Graph
Hands-on experience in optimizing cloud environments, including VM rightsizing, network egress control, and storage management
Proficiency with Power BI or similar tools for cost reporting and dashboard creation
Strong understanding of core Azure infrastructure: VMs, AKS, Storage, Networking, SQL, App Services, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
