Commis II – Bakery & Pastry Blanket Days Resort & Spa, Thekkady is looking for a dedicated Commis II – Bakery & Pastry to join our Food Production team. Responsibilities: - Prepare bakery and pastry items as per standard recipes. - Assist in daily bakery operations and production. - Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards. - Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products. - Support the senior chefs in smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: - Previous experience in Bakery & Pastry preferred. - Basic knowledge of baking and dessert preparation. - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
