About the Role
SPARK+ Academia is the training and upskilling vertical of SPARK+ Technologies. It runs skilling and upskilling programs for students and freshers using SOLO Network as the platform layer for learner engagement, skills visibility, credentials, and outcome tracking.
We are looking for a Program Operations & Growth Associate to support the execution, growth, and stakeholder coordination of SPARK+ Academia programs. The role involves managing day-to-day program operations, increasing learner participation, coordinating with institutions and employer partners, supporting program presentations, and driving placement-linked outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of SPARK+ Academia programs.
- Coordinate with students, freshers, institutions, employers, NGO partners, and internal teams.
- Support learner onboarding, communication, engagement, and follow-ups.
- Drive participation and engagement across program activities, webinars, sessions, and campaigns.
- Support institutional and ecosystem partner coordination for program adoption and growth.
- Present program details clearly to students, institutions, employers, and ecosystem partners.
- Coordinate with employer partners for hiring requirements, candidate shortlisting, interview follow-ups, and placement support.
- Track learner progress, attendance, feedback, issues, program updates, and outcomes.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Use SOLO Network for learner tracking, credentials, engagement, and outcome visibility.
- Support demos, virtual sessions, employer interactions, and community engagement activities.
- Identify gaps in execution and suggest improvements to improve participation, completion, and outcomes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, task completion, and smooth communication across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong presentation orientation with the ability to explain program details clearly to different stakeholders.
- Interest in education, skilling, upskilling, employability, and workforce development.
- Ability to work with students, institutions, employers, partners, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, SaaS, edtech, or skilling programs.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner.
- Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
- Professional attitude and consistency in work.
