Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Experience: 2+ years
Knowbal Migration and Education is an Australian migration and education consulting organisation supporting individuals and businesses across multiple locations.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can help us build the right team—not simply fill positions.
At Knowbal, Talent Acquisition is low-volume and quality-focused. We believe the success of recruitment is measured by the quality and long-term suitability of each hire rather than simply the number of positions closed.
You will have the opportunity to independently manage end-to-end recruitment, work with stakeholders across different locations, gain exposure to multi-country Talent Acquisition, and contribute to our Learning & Development initiatives.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys ownership, works independently, communicates well, and is willing to invest the time required to find the right candidate.
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment—from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, offers, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding.
-
Build quality candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, direct sourcing, social channels, and other relevant platforms.
-
Conduct structured screening and candidate due diligence to assess skills, experience, communication, motivation, and overall suitability.
-
Connect with managers to understand requirements and provide clear, timely recruitment updates.
-
Maintain a professional candidate experience through strong verbal and written communication.
-
Manage recruitment documentation, trackers, ATS/HRIS updates, and relevant hiring metrics.
-
Support recruitment across multiple countries and talent markets as business requirements evolve.
-
Coordinate and support Learning & Development activities, including training programs, learning records, follow-ups, and employee development initiatives.
-
Continuously identify opportunities to improve our sourcing, assessment, and recruitment processes.
-
2+ years of hands-on Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
-
Experience independently managing recruitment requirements end-to-end.
-
Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
-
Good judgement and attention to detail when assessing candidates.
-
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and take ownership through to completion.
-
Strong organisation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, job portals, LinkedIn, and modern recruitment tools.
-
Exposure to international recruitment or Learning & Development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
This is not a high-volume recruitment role.
You will have the space to focus on quality over quantity, take meaningful ownership of hiring decisions, work across different talent markets, and expand your experience beyond recruitment into Learning & Development.
If you are someone who values quality, ownership, sound judgement, continuous learning, and independent working, we'd like to hear from you.
