Job Summary :
Roles & Responsibilities
- Procurement of electrical, mechanical, civil, and solar project materials.
- Preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Vendor identification, quotation comparison, and rate negotiation.
- Coordination with project/site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores department.
- Follow up for pending deliveries, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Cost optimization and market rate analysis.
- Preparation of MIS and procurement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Understanding of technical specifications and BOQ.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and site coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
