Overview:
This is the most important hire we make. You will work directly with the founder, translate product requirements into technical solutions, lead a small team of developers, and use AI tools to execute at a pace that would require 3-4 developers without them. You are not just a coder. You are a technical co-pilot who understands the business, questions bad requirements, and builds systems that scale.
What You Will Build:
You will work across SBOS (restaurant back-office SaaS), GSM POS (full restaurant point-of-sale system), and future products including compliance AI, payroll engine, and analytics platform. Specific work includes multi-tenant SaaS architecture, payroll calculation engine, WhatsApp and SMS notification flows, Paychex/Toast/QuickBooks integrations, AI-powered anomaly detection, and mobile app development.
Must Have:
4+ years Node.js, strong NestJS (modules, decorators, guards, interceptors), Next.js 14 App Router with TypeScript, PostgreSQL with complex queries and indexing, Prisma ORM, Docker Compose, REST API design, JWT and RBAC, Redis.
Strong Advantage:
AWS EC2/S3, React Native/Expo, Twilio, QuickBooks API, Kafka/Bull queues, Claude API integration, multi-tenant SaaS experience, restaurant industry knowledge.
AI Requirement:
Proficient with AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor) — you use them daily, not occasionally.
Pay: ₹379,272.98 - ₹600,000.00 per year
