A Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety policies, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and company regulations.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
- Organize safety training, drills, and awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
