Job Title : Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary :
Creative Image is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Client base in LED Display Solutions, Branding, and Advertising Services. The role involves Generating Leads, Closing Deals, and Building Long-term Relationships with Corporate Clients, Agencies, and Retail Businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in LED Video Walls, Digital Signages, LED Vans, Glow Boards, LED Letter Boards, ACP Cladding Work, Exterior Facade Work, and Branding Solutions through Market Research, Networking, and Lead Generation.
- Develop strong relationships with Corporates, Retail Chains, Event Agencies, and Government Clients.
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct Client Meetings, Presentations, and Site Visits to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations Team, Production and Installation Team for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends and customer needs.
- Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
- Represent Creative Image at Exhibitions, Trade Shows, and Networking Events.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA Preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (Preferably in Advertising, Signage, LED, or Branding Industry)
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to understand Technical Products like LED Displays and explain them to Clients.
- Ability to build and maintain Client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel for Client Meetings.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of B2B Sales cycles and project-based selling.
- Existing Network with Retail Brands, Malls, Event Agencies, or Corporates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
