Job Overview:
We are looking for a mature and confident Telecaller to connect with hospitals and healthcare providers, introduce our digital healthcare solutions, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM
- Build strong relationships with hospital staff and decision-makers
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for closures
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English
- Mature, professional, and confident personality
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales preferred
- Ability to handle healthcare professionals politely
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
