Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and startup HR management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on portals like Indeed and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules (in-person & virtual)
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in organizing team engagement activities
- Help in preparing HR reports and attendance tracking
- Support HR team in daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management
- Strong communication skills (English & Tamil preferred if Chennai-based)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
