Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Coordinator to oversee facility operations at our Infopark, Kochi location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in housekeeping operations, facility management, client coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Any Degree
- Minimum Experience: 5 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar facility management role
- Age: As per company norms
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the facility building.
- Monitor daily facility activities and service delivery.
- Handle client requirements, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and support teams for maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
