We are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, and sales coordination.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Contact and build relationships with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and pitch digital marketing services
- Prepare proposals and follow up with leads
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve sales targets and business growth goals
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Business Development or Sales
- Digital marketing industry experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred
