Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting sarees and ethnic wear products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent in-store customer service and shopping experience.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation standards.
- Handle billing support and coordinate with inventory teams when required.
- Generate repeat business through customer engagement and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in saree, ethnic wear, or fashion retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of saree fabrics, designs, and current fashion trends.
- Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)
