Role Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think, create, and execute. This is not a pixel-pushing role, you will be involved in understanding problems, structuring solutions, and designing complete product experiences.
You will work on:
- Web applications
- Mobile applications
- Internal business systems
- End-to-end product interfaces
What You’ll Do
- Understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and structured UX thinking
- Design clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces
- Work on end-to-end product design, not just screens
- Collaborate closely with developers and founders
- Contribute to both product UI and supporting graphic design needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of visual design, layout, and hierarchy
- Ability to think through user experience, not just UI
- Good understanding of typography, color, and spacing
- Versatility in design styles depending on project needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Ownership mindset, you don’t wait to be told every step
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS) to design practically
- Ability to present and explain your design decisions
Who This Role is For
- Freshers, Junior, and Mid-level designers with strong potential or proven work

Portfolio Requirements (Mandatory)
- Must include both:
- Visual design work
- UX thinking (flows, case studies, or process)
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
