Are you passionate about building long-term customer relationships and driving customer success? We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team and lead strategic customer engagements, revenue growth initiatives, and customer success excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage strategic customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and ensure seamless adoption of products and services.
Conduct customer training sessions to maximize product value and drive customer success.
Build long-term partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
Mentor and support the Customer Success team, helping them handle complex customer discussions and improve service delivery.
Define and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, account growth, renewals, and team performance.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Drive renewals, minimize revenue leakage, and focus on strategic account expansion.
Requirements
7+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Success experience.
Experience in IoT, EV, Automotive, Mobility, SaaS, or Technology industries is highly preferred.
Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience managing enterprise customers and handling critical escalations.
Experience driving customer retention, renewals, upselling, and account growth.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use customer insights to improve business outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
