1. Facility Operations & Infrastructure Management
Ensure seamless day-to-day operation and upkeep of the MRO facility, including hangars, workshops, stores, engineering spaces, office areas, and utilities.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain operational readiness.
Manage HVAC, electrical systems, DG backup, compressed air systems, plumbing, fire systems, lighting, and engineering utilities.
2. Aviation MRO Operational Support
Ensure infrastructure readiness to support aircraft maintenance operations.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for uninterrupted hangar functionality.
Support operational contingencies including overtime shifts and support.
Maintain aviation-standard cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within technical areas.
3. Safety, Compliance & Regulatory Management
Ensure compliance with aviation, industrial safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Conduct facility audits, safety inspections, emergency preparedness drills, and risk assessments.
Ensure all licenses, certifications, and facility compliance documentation remain updated.
4. Vendor & Contract Management
Manage service providers and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs and operational standards.
Optimize service quality and cost efficiency across outsourced functions.
5. Utilities, Asset Management & Cost Control
Monitor utility consumption and optimize energy efficiency.
Maintain asset registers and maintenance schedules for facility infrastructure and equipment.
Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor facility-related expenditure.
6. Security & Emergency Preparedness
Oversee CCTV, access control systems, visitor management, and perimeter security.
Ensure emergency response protocols for fire, electrical, operational, and safety incidents are maintained and periodically tested.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
