The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations at the branch level, ensuring accurate financial records, timely billing, and smooth coordination of financial documentation related to transport and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and invoice processing accurately and within timelines.
- Manage and maintain DSA-related documentation, ensuring proper coordination and record-keeping.
- Oversee office petty cash, including tracking expenses, maintaining records, and ensuring proper reconciliation.
- Maintain and update expense records in compliance with company policies.
- Support routine accounting activities such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing and payment-related queries.
- Assist in audits and provide required financial data when needed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts position within the transport or logistics sector is mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in billing, petty cash, and documentation will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
