Job Summary
The F&B Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional food and beverage service standards within the lounge. The role involves managing ,guest service, food presentation, inventory control, hygiene compliance, and coordination with housekeeping teams to deliver a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome guests and provide professional, courteous service.
- Assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Serving Tea/Coffee to Passengers.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of food, beverages, and service supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor cleanliness of dining areas, service counters, and buffet stations.
- Follow HACCP, FSSAI, and company hygiene guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and food handling procedures.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Maintain records of daily consumption and stock movement.
- Monitor inventory levels and raise replenishment requests as required.
- Minimize wastage and control food and beverage costs.
- Assist in monthly inventory audits and stock verification.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and lounge operations teams.
- Support training of service staff on hospitality and service standards.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and operational continuity.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Maintain records of guest feedback, incidents, and inventory usage.
- Report equipment breakdowns or operational issues to management.
Required Skills & Competencies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
