Job Title: Telesales Executive (Education Sector)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to promote and sell our educational programs over phone calls. The candidate will communicate with prospective students, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential students using provided leads.
Clearly explain course details, fees, and benefits.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and messages.
Maintain lead data in Excel or CRM.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Handle basic queries related to courses and admissions.
Coordinate with the counseling or academic team when required.
Requirements
Fluent Malayalam communication is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email).
Strong persuasion and customer handling skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Prior telesales or education counseling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
