About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to join our Vadodara office. This role is focused entirely on lead management, client coordination, and sales conversions. You will engage with inbound leads generated through digital channels, understand customer requirements, share product information, prepare quotations, and support the sales cycle from first contact to closure. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have experience in sales coordination, digital lead management, or customer-facing roles in tech/electronics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Handling & Sales Coordination*
-Manage inbound leads received via WhatsApp, phone calls, website inquiries, and social media.
-Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
-Share brochures, catalogs, product details, and pricing as needed.
-Prepare and send quotations and follow up consistently for closures.
-Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for estimates and project timelines.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM.
-Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
*Customer Engagement*
-Communicate with clients in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
-Build trust and long-term relationships to improve repeat and referral business.
-Explain product benefits and value proposition (no demos required).
*Internal Coordination*
-Work closely with marketing and back-office teams for smooth lead flow.
-Share feedback on lead quality and customer preferences.
-Support documentation, follow-ups, and admin work related to sales.
Required Skills & Attributes:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional appearance and confidence
-Strong ability to understand and explain products
-Good follow-up discipline and lead tracking
-Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Requirements:-Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, or BBA/MBA preferred.
-Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, tele-sales, or digital lead handling.
