Key Responsibilities
- This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate procurement of materials for turnaround events, directly impacting the success of maintenance and capital projects
- Review and transcribe material take-off sheets, EWOs, and BOMs into requisition forms into the ERP for turnaround events
- Ensure all material requisition work is progressed in a timely manner and meeting turn-around milestone requirements
- Ensure all material types, descriptions, and specifications are accurate and complete
- Accountable to ensure all material is requisitioned following existing processes
- Establish network relationships with planners, design engineers, supply chain management team and Turnaround Management
- Collaborate with planners and design engineers to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and assess material substitutions
- Submit requisitions in accordance with SCM procedures and turnaround schedules
- Track requisition status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely procurement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SCM and suppliers regarding requisition clarifications and updates
- Support SCM in sourcing and procurement activities by providing accurate and timely information
- Maintain documentation and records of requisitions, communications and clarifications

Work Experience
B.Tech 5-10 Years
This role requires a person with strong experience in repair and in-service inspection of pressure equipment, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, and relief devices within refinery, petrochemical, LNG, or oil & gas facilities. The individual must be able to take direction from the Integrity Team Lead and work collaboratively with global teams. The role demands a solid understanding of RBI methodologies, inspection optimization, and compliance with international standards (ASME, API) as well as company procedures. The person should also have hands-on experience with APM/IDMS software and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.+M18+M17
