Position Overview: The Front Office Executive-Hotels & Resorts is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing guest relations, coordinating with operational departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day resort operations in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end guest relations, including guest check-ins, stay experience, special requests, issue handling, and check-outs to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Coordinate with all operational departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Purchases, Maintenance, Garden, Security) to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments and maintain service quality as per luxury hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management and team members to continuously improve guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and grooming checks to ensure staff readiness and professional presentation.
- Manage purchases and vendor coordination in consultation with management and support cost-saving initiatives for each department.
- Encourage strong inter-department communication and teamwork to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, reviews, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Be available on-call to handle urgent guest or operational issues when required.
Educational Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality
Experience In Years: 2 to 4 years
Industry Experience: Hospitality Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Excellent communication skills, Team leader & Team player
2. Proficient in MS Word/ MS Excel/Google Sheet/ Google Docs
