Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor – Modular Furniture to oversee and coordinate the execution and installation of modular furniture at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality completion of projects while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site execution of modular furniture installation.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installation teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of furniture as per design specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high installation standards.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges efficiently.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace regulations.
- Manage site inventory and ensure proper material handling.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
- Train and guide workers for smooth installation processes.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site execution and installation of modular furniture.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modular furniture materials and assembly techniques.
- Experience working with contractors and interior designers.
- Understanding of safety and compliance regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
