Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry to manage manpower, machinery, and material resources across multiple project sites in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper resource allocation, improving productivity, and supporting timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Planning & Allocation
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment across multiple project sites.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Monitor daily resource requirements at sites.
- Maintain resource planning schedules for ongoing projects.
2. Manpower Management
- Coordinate with HR for manpower hiring and deployment.
- Monitor workforce availability and productivity.
- Maintain manpower deployment records for all sites.
- Manage skilled and unskilled labour distribution.
3. Equipment & Machinery Management
- Monitor equipment usage and availability.
- Coordinate movement of machinery between sites.
- Schedule preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain equipment utilization reports.
4. Material Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement and Store teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
- Monitor material consumption and shortages.
- Track inter-site material transfers.
5. Multi-Site Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Support smooth execution across multiple sites.
- Resolve resource shortages and scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor site-wise resource requirements.
6. Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly resource reports.
- Maintain manpower and equipment utilization reports.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
- Maintain records of deployed resources.
7. Cost & Productivity Monitoring
- Monitor resource costs and utilization efficiency.
- Identify underutilized resources.
- Suggest productivity improvement measures.
- Support cost-saving initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR
- Diploma / Degree in Construction Management Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Construction Industry
- Experience managing multiple construction sites
- Experience in manpower and equipment management
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects preferred
- Experience handling large workforce deployment

Salary Range
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(Depending on experience and number of projects handled)
Working Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Site Visits: Required
- Notice Period: Immediate (Preferred)
Pay: ₹420,055.43 - ₹620,872.55 per year
