Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientated junior HR executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle employee-related processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee coordination
- Support payroll inputs and HR compliance activities
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary
Salary will be based on candidate experience and performance during the interview process.
