Job Summary
We are looking for a Design Manager to lead the design and development of grain handling systems including grain elevators, silos, conveyors, and material handling equipment. The role involves managing the design team, ensuring project delivery, maintaining quality standards, and providing practical engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design engineering team.
- Develop designs for grain elevators, silos, conveyors, and related systems.
- Review drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines and design deliverables.
- Identify and solve technical issues during project execution.
- Drive cost-effective and efficient design improvements.
- Support design standardization and process improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in design engineering within grain handling or bulk material systems.
- 3+ years of experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of grain handling equipment and material flow systems.
- Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
