We are hiring an International Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and sales activities for Plant Engineering services in the North American market. The role involves engaging with international clients, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential international clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns
- Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Track and update sales pipeline and lead status
- Support proposal preparation and client discussions
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions and meet targets
Requirements
- Any graduate with strong English communication skills
- Interest or experience in sales / business development
- Ability to work in evening/night shifts (North American time zone)
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
(Experience in Plant Engineering / Construction services is an added advantage, not mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + performance incentives
