Installation, start-up, maintenance, and repair of complex technical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. • Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair of machine faults and breakdowns remotely or onsite • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use and maintenance of products • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules and contracts • Implement modifications, new products, and formats into existing equipment. • Service visits. • Document service calls, maintenance logs, and prepare detailed reports. • Spare and wear parts identification and suggestions. • Provide customer training and production support. • Identify ways that the machine can be improved. • Provide customers with remote technical support. • Work closely with the German headquarters. • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues. Qualifications: • Diploma /BE in Mechatronics. • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience. • Certified in RSO (Radiation safety officer). • Practical knowledge, education, and experience in mechanical, electrical adjustments of a complex modern industrial equipment - preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. • Experience working as an international service technician. • High customer orientation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
