Who are We?
Adit Associates Co has undertaken projects in the HVAC and Refrigeration business for 33+ years since 1991, dealing the indigenous brand Blue Star who have the entire range of Air-Conditioning and refrigeration products. We have carried out over 20,000 tons of installations and currently undertake AMC service of 10,000+ tons.
We have completed several large scale projects in the Coimbatore district in Tamil Nadu namely Bosch, Cognizant, Taj Hotels, Heritage Inn hotel, GKNM hospitals, KG hospitals, Ramakrishna Hospitals, PSG hospitals, Suguna poultry, Royal care Hospitals and COINTEC convention center, to name a few. We have managed to install 1500 tons of centralized HVAC units every year and consistently be in the top 6 of the dealers list in Tamil Nadu state in India. We aim to be a one stop solution provider for the HVAC and refrigeration projects.
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing system malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently.
· Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
· Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
· Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimum system performance.
· Inspect and test system operation using gauges and tools.
· Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
· Ensure proper refrigerant charging and leak detection.
· Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
· Follow safety protocols and local HVAC regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and system conditions.
· Provide recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency.
· Respond to emergency repair calls as required.
· Work collaboratively with team members and provide customer service support.
· Diploma degree required.
· Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration preferred.
· Proven experience as an AC Technician or HVAC Technician.
· Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and electrical wiring.
· Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
· Valid bike license.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
