Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development professional to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across sports technology, digital systems, and government projects. The ideal candidate should excel in relationship-building, market research, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Opportunity Management
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within sports technology, digital transformation, and government-led initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, upcoming tenders, and strategic opportunities in the sports ecosystem.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and progress tracking.
2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with sports departments, federations, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, demos, and solution walk-throughs for government and private clients.
3. Proposal & Tender Management
- Lead the preparation of proposals, tender documentation, technical submissions, and financial quotes.
- Coordinate proposal inputs and alignments with internal teams, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the IT, Product, and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with KTSPL’s capabilities.
- Support client servicing teams during onboarding, project execution, issue resolution, and escalations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferred in Business, Management, Sports Management, or relevant field)
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, or Government/Enterprise Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective networking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Positive attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders
