Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic Play School Teacher to nurture and educate young children in a safe and joyful learning environment. The teacher will help children develop basic learning, communication, social, emotional, and motor skills through fun activities, storytelling, games, music, and play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and rhymes
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment
- Encourage creativity through art, craft, music, dance, and storytelling
- Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
- Maintain classroom discipline with kindness and patience
- Monitor each child’s progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Organize indoor and outdoor activities for active learning
- Ensure children’s hygiene, safety, and well-being at all times
- Prepare teaching aids and classroom decorations
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) preferred
- Prior experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching is an advantage
- Freshers with passion for teaching children can also apply
