Role Description The Sales Coordinator role at Linepro Controls is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales support activities, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. This role involves coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution. The Sales Coordinator will communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve basic issues, and support the sales team with documentation, reports, and follow-ups. The position requires regular monitoring of sales pipelines, assisting with forecasting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of sales operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support customers, handle inquiries, and assist in driving revenue.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email tools) and comfort working with CRM or ERP systems.
- Relevant experience in sales support, inside sales, or coordination roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products, is beneficial.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are important
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
