Job Description
OOR Cabs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer & Driver Care Executive to provide excellent support to our customers and driver partners. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and be able to handle customer and driver queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and drivers.
- Assist customers with booking, trip, payment, and service-related queries.
- Support drivers with app usage, trip issues, earnings, and account-related concerns.
- Resolve complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and driver interactions.
- Follow up on pending issues until they are resolved.
- Ensure a high level of customer and driver satisfaction.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).
- Ability to handle calls and resolve issues patiently.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
