Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Psychologist who is passionate about clinical excellence, technology-enabled care, and continuous learning.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast, work closely with senior psychologists, and be part of a structured, outcome-driven mental health system.
Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Support
- Assist in conducting psychological assessments and screenings
- Support therapists in delivering structured therapy programs
- Handle client follow-ups and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
2. Client Engagement
- Interact with clients via chat, voice, and video sessions
- Provide basic psychological support under supervision
- Ensure high client satisfaction and engagement
3. Program Execution
- Support delivery of Mindalgo structured programs (1-month model)
- Assist in thought tracking, journaling, and intervention exercises
- Monitor and report client progress metrics
4. Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with senior psychologists and operations team
- Assist in improving clinical workflows and service delivery
- Contribute to maintaining a premium client experience
5. Learning & Development
- Participate in internal training and case discussions
- Learn advanced techniques (neuro-based approaches, behavioral models)
- Continuously upgrade clinical and communication skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (BSc/MSc/MPhil /Psyd/Clinical Psychology)
- Strong interest in clinical practice and mental health care
- Good communication skills (English required, Malayalam preferred)
- Basic understanding of:
- Anxiety & depression
- Counseling techniques
- Human behavior
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in internships or clinical exposure
- Familiarity with digital therapy platforms or tools
- Interest in neuroscience, biofeedback, or tech-integrated therapy
