Plantsship is looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our growing landscaping team!If you have 3+ years of experience in civil site execution and are passionate about landscape development, construction, and creating high-quality outdoor spaces, this is an opportunity to grow your career with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil works for landscaping projects, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external development.
- Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site layouts.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, manpower, materials, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain site records, reports, measurements, and daily progress updates.
- Identify site challenges and implement practical solutions for smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant experience in civil/site execution
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in landscaping, outdoor development, or construction projects preferred
- Good knowledge of hardscape, irrigation, drainage, levels, and site execution
- Strong site management and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and quality-focused approach
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
