Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee garment manufacturing operations, production planning, quality control, manpower management, and timely dispatch of finished goods. The candidate should have strong experience in apparel production and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily garment production activities.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely order completion.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Manage production staff, supervisors, and line operators.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production efficiency.
- Handle cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor inventory of fabrics, trims, and production materials.
- Reduce wastage and improve productivity.
- Prepare production reports and track order status.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Production, Textile, Apparel, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in garment/apparel production management.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
- Experience handling production teams and factory operations.
- Knowledge of quality control and production planning.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
