We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer data, and support the sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely follow-ups, resolve customer queries, and help improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Generate and maintain customer reports and records.
- Track customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in customer retention and engagement activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
