Job Description: Public Relations Executive

Position Summary
Healing Hands Clinic is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Public Relations Executive to build and strengthen relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) in and around the Whitefield area. The primary responsibility is to visit doctors, introduce the clinic's specialized services, and develop a strong referral network that encourages patient referrals to the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit General Practitioners (GPs), family physicians, and clinics within a 10–15 km radius of the Whitefield branch.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
- Promote Healing Hands Clinic's specialty services, doctors, and treatment facilities.
- Educate GPs about the benefits of referring patients to Healing Hands Clinic.
- Generate and maintain a strong referral network to increase patient footfall.
- Distribute brochures, referral materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain a database of all doctors visited and record follow-up activities.
- Schedule regular follow-up visits to strengthen relationships with referring doctors.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities.
- Submit daily and weekly reports on doctor visits, referrals generated, and market feedback.
- Gather insights on competitors and provide feedback to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or Healthcare preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital marketing, healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or medical representative roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
- Good knowledge of the Whitefield and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
