Founder's Office Associate (Growth & Operations)

About the Role
We're building multiple AI-first products across SaaS, travel, marketplaces, and digital businesses. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and can execute across sales, marketing, operations, and research.
Every week will be different. One day you'll be speaking with manufacturers, the next you'll be managing social media, researching competitors, updating websites, or coordinating product launches.
This is a role for someone who wants to work closely with a founder and learn how businesses are built.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Cold call dealers, manufacturers, distributors, and business partners
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings
- Maintain CRM and follow-up pipeline
- Conduct market and competitor research
Community & Marketing
- Participate in relevant Reddit discussions naturally
- Engage on Threads, LinkedIn, X, and other communities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with potential customers
Content & Social Media
- Manage company and founder social accounts
- Schedule and publish content
- Coordinate AI-generated content
- Respond to comments and messages
Operations
- Coordinate projects
- Track tasks and deadlines
- Prepare meeting notes
- Create SOPs and documentation
- Follow up with vendors and freelancers
Websites & Products
- Update websites using CMS tools
- Upload blogs and product pages
- QA website changes
- Coordinate with developers
Skills
